Greetings! My name is Nicoll, thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I believe that building a great relationship with our customers is one of my most important responsibilities. That begins by knowing the person whom you are entrusting to protect what is most important to you. So here is a little bit about me.

I was born and raised in the tropical city of Lima, Peru. Growing up in South America was an amazing experience. My childhood was filled with family, culture and building lasting memories. Swimming played a huge role in my childhood and teenage years. I was a competitive swimmer specializing in the butterfly stroke and I treasure the memories of swim-meets and the life-long bonds formed with my teammates. Participating in sports is something that has brought me a tremendous amount of joy and challenged me in many ways. To this day, any chance I have to jump in a pool and swim, I grab it!

Perhaps the most impactful milestone in my life was immigrating to the US. This was a life-long dream that was realized when I was accepted to a University in NY. I am incredibly blessed to have received an education at the University of Potsdam with a focus on Political Science and International Studies.

My path to the field of insurance is one that began after a conversation with my parents. I realized that I have the ability to make an incredible difference in the lives of so many people, providing knowledge around the benefits of insurance, information on the details of the products we offer all while ensuring my customers and their families are properly protected, even when the unexpected occurs. My passion for protecting our customers and creating a legacy for the next generation is unmatched.
